Speed Check Results – Acresford Road, Donisthorpe

Good evening

We recently monitored 102 vehicles in a speed operation targeted at Acresford Road, Donisthorpe.

Shockingly, 11 drivers were caught exceeding the 30mph limit, with one vehicle recorded at a dangerous 53mph.

This is unacceptable and extremely hazardous to everyone in the community. Please slow down and respect speed   limits — they’re there to protect lives.

Further checks will be carried out in this area and other areas across the beat in the future.
